Excellent product. Took only two weeks to Australia. I’m 187cm and 90kg, fit inside the bag comfortably with not much room left to spare. The sleeping bag loft is about 10cm

As described, perfect for summer bike hike trips, packs down super small and very light weight.The sleeping bag seems very warm although I can’t currently test it to the limit temperature as it is summer in Australia. I am 178cm and fit snug in the. bag. If you’re taller then 180cms I would get the large.
